Functions
- Identify technology needs and opportunities
- Evaluate technology options (hardware, software, services, intellectual property)
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and feasibility studies
- Develop acquisition strategies (purchasing, licensing, partnerships, in-house development, outsourcing)
- Negotiate contracts and agreements
- Implement and integrate acquired technologies
- Monitor and evaluate technology performance and ROI
- Ensure strategic alignment with ministry goals and objectives
